PRIDE Coaching for LGBTQ+ Teaching Professionals & Allies

Born & based in Yorkshire, my work sits across the Academia, Health, and Dance sectors, and I teach LGBTQ+ educators how to recover from burnout and achieve peak mental fitness for top performance.

I am a life coach, educator & producer all rolled into one, and I am neurodiverse which means I have been failing my way to success for almost four decades. I have performed with world class companies, coached hundreds of individuals, taught around the globe, and raised finances to support scores of nationally touring well-being-arts projects. My Masters Degree is in creative enterprise through which I researched the integration of life coaching and improvised movement practices.

I am part of the academic faculty at NSCD Leeds, as lecturer in performance, programme leader and careers coordinator and independently I coach the LGBTQ community.
