Happy to support the LGBT community
A CBT therapist specialising in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). This therapy is grounded in the idea that people generally want to do well in life, however, sometimes irrational or unhelpful thinking can get in the way and stop us from achieving our goals. With this in mind, REBT is a practical and action-orientated approach to dealing with cognitive, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
As an experienced therapist working with anxiety (health, social, OCD, GAD), depression, low self-esteem / self-worth, stress, and anger, I offer you a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space to explore different thoughts, behaviours and emotions.
Choosing the right therapist for you is an important decision. I offer an initial telephone conversation to get an understanding of the problem you wish to work on. After this we can both decide if we are a good fit and discuss how we could work together. If you are happy to proceed, regular sessions will be arranged.
